Canola

$0.00

Zero-till · Regeneratively grown

Come midsummer, entire sections of the farm turn the kind of yellow that stops traffic on the grid road, a canola bloom so complete it looks staged. Underneath that color is an oilseed crop grown in the same zero-till, biology-first rotation as everything else here, part of a system that’s cut nitrogen inputs from over 100 lbs an acre to roughly 30 while improving the ground underneath it. It’s a crop we grow because the rotation asks for it, and because what comes off healthier soil comes off better.
