There’s a lightness to oats that the other grains don’t have, hulled stalks bending easy in a breeze that would barely move the durum next to them. Grown in the same zero-till, biology-fed rotation as everything else here, and kept free of pre-harvest glyphosate desiccation, our oats are built for buyers who care as much about how a crop was grown as what it yields. Three years into building this piece of the rotation, it’s become one of the crops we’re proudest to talk about.
